A great value for the money. If you want to spend your money on your vacation, and not on the room, this is the place to stay. If you're going to spend a lot of time in the room, then get a nicer room with a nicer bed, etc. Our beds and pillows were very hard. We did have a refregerator but all the shelves were missing. The light in the bathroom went out and when I moved it I found out that the wiring was loose. Not a fancy room. But clean and not smelly. Area is decent with many restaurants nearby by car. Staff was not overly friendly but did the job. They didn't seem to care about the loose fixture in the bathroom. Room lock was ripped off the door. Also, the drawers in the chest were broken, so we couldn't use one of them to store clothing. Not much room for eating breakfast in the small front desk area. All in all we saved alot of money over an expensive hotel.

It was OK... but a lot to be desired. We stayed there for 4 nights, and they didn't clean the room or provide clean towels unless we asked for towels. They left trash out in the hall (balcony) all day and night when we placed it out there (since we had to clean our own room). We left a charger for the digital camera in the room after we left and didn't realize it til we got home (Phoenix AZ). We called them to see if it was in the room and were told to call back after 6. We called back after 6 and was told we'd have to pay postage plus an hourly wage to the employee to mail it back to us! Customer service at this place is terrible. We stayed there for 4 nights and they can't do the courtesy of mailing the charger to us?!?! I'd suggest you book a room elsewhere.

It was well located. Weird furniture but clean. We had to request extra towels, and they gave them with a smile. After a long day, we arrived a little to late for the pool, but they kept the pool open for a few of us an hour later than usual. Check in and out was easy.
